The user, in accordance with the standards of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is entitled at any time to exercise the right to oblivion, implying the deletion of the User’s personal information at his request, in this case, upon termination of processing of the User’s personal information, the Administration will not be able to provide the User with the opportunity to use the Site.
4.3. The user in accordance with the standards of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has the right to exercise the right to data portability, namely to require the Administration to provide a free electronic copy of personal information of another company.
